This is used to enable account functionality and sync your data across devices.

You can use the app without creating an account.

  • Scores and results

  • Activity history

This data is used to provide app features as progress tracking and statistics.

c. SMS Program Information (If Applicable)

If you opt-in to receive SMS/text messages, we collect

  • Your mobile phone number

  • Consent status

  • Opt-in details (date, time, and method (e.g., web form, verbal, or keyword))

We do not collect or store any other personal information through our SMS program unless explicitly provided by you during the course of a conversation with our team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to provide and improve the app:

  • Enable account login and syncing across devices

NO SHARING OF DATA (Carrier Compliance) 

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver our SMS messages (e.g., our communication platform or carrier partners), all of whom are under strict confidentiality agreements.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. For automated updates, you can expect no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt-Out

You may revoke your consent and stop receiving text messages from 9Putt at any time. To opt-out, simply reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
